We did it!
Our annual conference was a huge success, and we couldn’t have achieved this without your support and dedication. From families and educators to administrators, transition service providers, students, and all our community partners, your participation and commitment helped make this event unforgettable.
This year, we gathered to share ideas, strategies, and resources that will continue to make a meaningful difference in the lives of transition-age youth in Oklahoma. Together, we’re helping to build a brighter future where young people can thrive as they move from school to career, supported by culturally sustaining practices and a network of resources.
As we move forward into the coming year, we’re excited to announce the launch of our new website, designed to offer even more tools and resources to support this important work. Stay tuned and keep checking back for more information.
We’re committed to continuing our collaborative efforts to ensure every student has the opportunities and support they need to succeed.
Thank you once again for making this year’s conference a resounding success. We look forward to what’s ahead and to continuing to work together to support our youth in their transition to a successful future!
