The mission of the Oklahoma Transition Council is to improve transition education, planning, and services that lead to successful post-school outcomes for students with disabilities.
Members of the Oklahoma Transition Council represent a variety of interests and include representatives of the Oklahoma State Department of Education, Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services, Oklahoma Family Network, educators of public schools, Oklahoma Department of Human Services, and the Parent Training and Information Center, and university representatives.
