According to T-Folio, this program features  a free transition portfolio tool for high school age youth with disabilities. It is designed to guide youth in exploring, identifying, and planning for their desired post-school goals. According to ECU, The ECU STEPP Program Transition Curriculum resources are intended to be used by teachers and families supporting transition to college for students with learning differences.
